Shipments and returns

Shipping Policy

Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via the carrier of your choosing as per your selection with tracking and drop-off without signature. In some cases we would change the shipping carrier if the chosen carrier won't deliver to your location (Canada Post won't deliver large packages to residential addresses). Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.

We do not charge handling fees on top of Shipping fees. Shipping Costs vary according to total weight and dimensions of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.

Curbside Pickup

In case you opt for a curbside pickup it would take up to 2 business days to get your order ready. We would inform you via email as soon as your order is ready for pickup.

Local (Okotoks and YYC) Delivery

If you choose Local free delivery as the carrier the the order is shipped only on Saturday regardless of when you placed your order. The order cut-off for delivery is 5PM on Friday prior. If you miss this deadline the order would be delivered in the following week's Saturday delivery.

We only give a free Local delivery in Calgary for orders over $250. Otherwise, a flat $30 delivery charge will apply (within Calgary city limits).

In certain cases, if you have a larger order we may opt to give a discounted delivery outside of Calgary. Please check with us on info@dreamlinewares.ca or dreamlinewares@gmail.com before placing your orders.

If order is requested to be cancelled due to incorrect selection of delivery option, cancellation charges may apply.

We reserve the right to change the delivery schedule (day/time) at any point in time.

Returns

You can return your order up to 30 days from the date of purchase.

It would be the buyer's responsibility to ship or deliver the products for returns in unused condition in the same packaging that it was received.

We will charge a 25% restocking fee on all returns.

Damaged items

Any damage claims to be filed within 7 days of receiving your shipment. Contact info@dreamlinewares.ca for further assistance.
